Medical Services & Refunds
All medical service sales are final. Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds on completed services, including but not limited to:
- Neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments
- Laser hair removal
- Facial and skin treatments
- Waxing services
- Body treatments
Treatment results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. If you have questions or concerns following a service, please contact our office as soon as possible. Our team will evaluate the treated area and discuss the most appropriate next steps.
Injectable Follow-Ups & Re-Injection Fee
Follow-up appointments for neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments should be scheduled within two weeks of the original appointment. Results must be fully settled before they can be properly evaluated.
Any remaining dermal filler from a partially used syringe may only be held for up to two weeks. After two weeks, unused product will be discarded and cannot be saved for a future appointment.
A $100 re-injection fee will apply when a patient returns to use the remaining product from a partially used syringe. Any exceptions must be discussed with and approved by the treating injector at the original appointment.
Additional neurotoxin units, filler, or other treatments requested or recommended during a follow-up appointment may result in additional charges.
Payment Disputes
If you have a concern regarding a charge or completed service, please contact our office directly so we can review the matter and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks involving properly authorized and completed services may result in the patient being unable to schedule future appointments with Dominion Med Spa & Salon.
